Washingborough Archaeology Group - a near neighbour of Navenby, this group conducts research along the Witham Valley and recently shared the Pitts River award for their work.
Mrs Smith's Cottage is a registered museum supported and managed by volunteers in Navenby. This local landmark preserves the structure and contents of a village cottage and the life of Mrs Smith who lived there for over 70 years.

The Portable Antiquities Scheme is the organization responsible for coordinating, archiving and studying archaeological finds made by the public around the U.K. The website provides access to over 250,000 objects - 50,000 of which were recorded in 2007.
